'Equercise'™ - fitness training for horse and rider...

We all know how important it is to keep our horses fit and healthy but can you touch your toes?

'Equercise'™ encourages horse riders of all abilities to focus on their own fitness and flexibility and not just that of their horse's.

Sport specific training is needed to promote a more effective and relaxed position in the saddle which will allow freer movement with the horse and help to develop improved 'feel' when riding.

To perform well in any discipline at any level, the equine athlete must be worked through an appropriate and progressive training plan to ensure that they are fit and able for the activity. The rider, as the human athlete, must also prepare themselves so that they are in a position to help rather than hinder their mount!
