'Equercise'™ Clinics Learn the exercises that will help you to:
Dates / Venues: 2006 TBA July – (please ring or e-mail for details of any of the above venues or to book a clinic on your own premises) Each 'Equercise'™clinic contains two 45 minute sections: -the first part takes place mounted with riders working through a series of exercises designed to encourage each individual to consider how their own position in the saddle may be affecting their horse's way of going -the second part takes place off the horses with riders learning and then practicing a set of simple exercises designed to improve flexibility and core strength for riding. All participants receive a comprehensive, pictorial exercise guide illustrating how to perform the exercises safely at home and how to create their very own stable-yard gym!
